This Vinyasa-based class combines classic Vinyasa postures with a focus on strength training. Expect all the beauty of a Vinyasa class: group energy, rockin’ music, connection to breath, mind, and body, and of course, a motivating teacher you will alternately love and hate as your muscles get an amazing workout. Weights, bands, and balls all conspire to build you a toned, healthy body. Feeling a little nervous? Don’t be! Our teachers have modifications for any level of experience.
