Yin Yoga is great for relaxing after a particularly stressful day or an intense workout. This class makes your muscles say, “Ahhhhh”, as you unwind tightness.. Although Yin is a low-intensity class, you will find yourself challenged as you sink into sometimes difficult stretches.
