A Playful Workshop on Chaturanga & Arm Balances

Ready to take your yoga practice off the ground? This workshop is all about building strength, confidence, and a sense of play as we dive into Chaturanga Dandasana (Four-Limbed Staff Pose) and explore how it opens the door to fun arm balances.
