Horizon Hot Yoga is the very first place he began his yoga teaching career at, and continues to consider this studio as his home away from home! \u201cThe community, the variety and styles of yoga that we have here are what make this place truly one of a kind!\u201d Since then, he has taught classes, workshops, and led trainings all over the country and across the world in places such as the South of France to Hawaii and everywhere else in between.&nbsp; His favorite styles to work with are Ashtanga, Power flow, Rocket Yoga, Sacred Geometry, sprinkled with a nice Slow and Gentle Vinyasa! \u201cI believe that movement and practice is key to finding a sense of peace within one\u2019s self.\u201d&nbsp; He is currently a Legacy Lululemon Ambassador for Texas, and currently resides in North Texas sharing his teaching throughout the Dallas metroplex.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ashtanga based practitioner, Jay La Vie, began his yoga journey in 2014.
