In 2006, I became certified to teach by Bikram in Los Angeles, then went on to teach full-time for many years, mostly throughout southern California and the great state of Texas. After taking a break from the practice to work through some injuries and do some growing, I now strive&nbsp;to approach both teaching and practicing from a place of patience, encouragement, and consciousness embodiment. I am also a practitioner of the healing modalities Bioenergetic Synchronization Technique (BEST) and The Emergence Process (TEP), and certified as a 200RYT through Dr. Sue Morter\u2019s BodyAwake School of Yoga.
