As a resident of Frisco for over 18 years, she has been honored to teach different styles of fitness at different locations across the metroplex. Her love of yoga began several years ago which made her 200 hr YTT so impactful. After completing her training 2016, her love for yoga through teaching students grew even more. Being able to incorporate a message of strength, encouragement and hope into powerful flows is where she thrives!<br>In her free time, Linsey loves spending time with her husband, Chris. They have been married for over 14 years. They love to travel, hike, and eat incredible food. Their three kids are pretty awesome as well! Gage is 18 and diving into adulthood with creativity.  Jillian\u2019s 17 and loves all things pink, Christmas and dance. Austin is 13 and is the competitive athlete of the family.
