Within the first 30 minutes, I knew it was something I wanted to devote my time and energy towards. One year later, in 2012, I participated in my first teacher training program and began teaching classes of my own before my training was complete. That initial training sparked a desire in me to learn as much as I could about my craft, as a teacher and a student. Since 2012 I have received multiple trainings, and participated in many intensives and workshops. I<br>am passionate about learning and am dedicated to the love affair I have with all things yoga, movement, mediation, and breath work. I have certifications in Hot 26 &amp; 2, Vinyasa, Power Vinyasa and HIIT Yoga. Additionally, I am a certified breath work<br>facilitator and have Reiki 1 &amp; 2 certifications as well as a trauma informed coaching certification. I am about to embark on my second certification for physic somatics.
