I am a certified Bikram Yoga instructor &#8211; graduated from TT in Spring of 2008.<br>I owned a small studio after graduation in a town called Orinda, CA until 2010. After my studio closed, I taught full-time (12-15 classes\/week) at a variety of studios throughout the east bay until Covid in 2020.<br>I moved to Albuquerque, NM in 2021 and began teaching again in 2022 at Nirguna Yoga. Over the years I\u2019ve mentored many new teachers and find it not only rewarding, but even more so a privilege to support others through their processes of learning how to lead and engage with students.<br>I am only certified in 26\/2. I love teaching the practice &#8211; it\u2019s played a significant role in my life in ways of confidence, health, connection to self and others.
