Celebrate International Day of Yoga with us by taking a class at Horizon and honoring the practice that connects people around the world.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

International Day of Yoga is officially celebrated on Sunday, the 21st, but we’re giving that day to the dads-so we’ll be celebrating yoga together on Saturday the 20th instead.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Join any one of our four classes that day and you\u2019ll be entered to win a\u00a0$100 studio credit!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Intro to Flow is our once-a-month, zero-pressure class designed for real beginners\u2014no experience, no flexibility, no \u201cbeing in shape\u201d required. Just show up exactly as you are.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We\u2019ll break everything down, move at a comfortable pace, keep the heat a little lower, and guide you step-by-step so you can build confidence on the mat (without feeling lost or overwhelmed).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Immerse yourself in a blissful journey of relaxation and rejuvenation with a mediation sound bath. Allow the soothing tones of crystal sound bowls and chimes wash over you, melting away stress and tension. No experience needed, just lie back, breathe and receive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dress is comfy clothes and bring a small pillow and blanket if you’d like.
