What brought me to yoga?
As a past national level figure skater I was looking for something to stay active. A friend challenged me to the ‘toughest yoga class I’d ever take’ I’m so grateful I was up to the challenge! I wanted to melt into my mat the first class I took but couldn’t wait to go back!!!
What does yoga do for me?
Yoga is a safe space for people to experience whatever it is they need for that moment and to be able to heal, whatever that looks like. It is a place to explore who you are, physically, mentally and spiritually, My yoga practice helped me through the most difficult time in my life in all ways and I want to forever be able to share that loving healing.
