Misty Warrington: Yoga Instructor
One of my friends from the gym invited me to my first Bikram yoga class. She told me that it was going to be tough. I wanted a new challenge other than my normal boot camp and cardio. I took my first class in 2008 and I was addicted! In 2010 I became a teacher. I wanted to share my love for Bikram yoga with everyone.
 
In the beginning of my practice I was all about the physical challenge of yoga. I just wanted a good workout. Now I appreciate the mental aspect just as much. It is the place I go to connect my mind,body, and breath. I get to work on myself and leave everything else behind.
