Yoga found me at a time when I needed it most, and I have been coming to my mat ever since. After discovering how much yoga benefited me, I decided to get my 200-hour teaching certification to help others find their own practice on the mat. I fully believe that yoga is for everyone, and the mind-body connection is a big part of my personal practice and my teaching. Yoga is a therapeutic and invigorating practice, and my classes leave students feeling connected to their bodies, breath, and mind.
