A flow state is defined as a mental state of intense concentration, focus, and absorption in a specific activity.
Flow 26 is inspired by our popular Hot 26 classes. This music-free class begins with a breathing exercise, next students move through two sets of many of the traditional 26 postures, before ending with a final breathing exercise. The postures are choreographed in a flow, making it a more challenging version of Hot 26.
This is an energizing fusion of styles that encourages students to reach for their safe edge. Flow 26 facilitates the transformation of the body’s ability and the mind’s power while respecting its foundational history.
