Here’s what to do:
- We recommend you register for classes ahead of time, either through our website or the MindBody app.
- Hydrate before class! This is hot yoga and you will sweat a lot.
- Arrive 10 to 15 minutes early for studio tour and paperwork. Be sure going forward to arrive on time to class. If you’re more than 5 minutes late, you will need to book a different class to attend.
- Bring a yoga mat, towel, and water for class. If you don’t have a yoga mat, we can provide you one.
- Leave your belongings in a cubby outside the room. If you have valuables, please lock them in your car. We are not responsible for personal items.
- Be clean going into class and wear deodorant for your fellow yogis.
- You do you. If a posture is too challenging or doesn’t feel good in your body, just do what you can and be proud of your work.
Our new student offer is $39 for 14 days of unlimited yoga!
Yoga Etiquette
1. Arrive on Time.
- Please arrive early to allow time for check-in, putting away your belongings, and setting up your mat and props.
- The studio opens 30 minutes before class.
2. Stay off cell phones while inside the Room.
- Digital distractions are disruptive. Yoga is a chance to disconnect and be fully present.
- Try to avoid bringing your phone into class. If you’re expecting an urgent call or message, please step out of the room to take or respond to it.
3. Maintain Personal Hygiene.
- Good hygiene is essential in the intimate setting of a yoga class.
- Wear clean clothes and deodorant and bring a clean mat and towel. Avoid strong perfumes, oils, lotions, and colognes as these scents travel easily and can be overwhelming.
4. Respect the Space.
- Yoga is practiced barefoot or with socks to maintain studio cleanliness and respect the space. Leave your shoes and personal belongings in the designated cubbies.
- Wipe up any sweat that has accumulated around your mat so that the next class will have a clean floor for their set up.
5. Maintain Silence Before and After Hot 26 Classes
- Silence is golden in Hot 26. This time is for reflection, self-study, and focus. Maintaining a quiet atmosphere helps everyone get the most out of their practice.
6. Stay for the Entire Class
- If you must leave early, inform your teacher beforehand, position yourself near the door, and exit quietly to minimize disruption for other students.
By following these guidelines, you contribute to a respectful and harmonious environment where everyone can fully benefit from their yoga practice. Thank you for your cooperation!
