Empowering each yogi’s authentic self is Jennifer Bozeman’s ultimate mission as a yoga facilitator. Jennifer seeks to nurture an increased understanding of movement, awareness of breath and to awaken the potential for rejuvenation of body and mind. The practice of yoga was life changing giving Jennifer the gift of managing the overactive mind and cultivating peace and contentment within. Jennifer eventually took the leap and signed up for teacher training in 2019. Since then she has completed her 500-RYT with additional certifications in sound immersion. Jennifer aims to guide her students to their place of balance, pushing just enough, then knowing when to let go, in order to find that sweet spot between control and surrender landing in their own place of peace, equilibrium, and joy.
