New to yoga? This is your sign to start.

Intro to Flow is our once-a-month, zero-pressure class designed for real beginners—no experience, no flexibility, no “being in shape” required. Just show up exactly as you are.

We’ll break everything down, move at a comfortable pace, keep the heat a little lower, and guide you step-by-step so you can build confidence on the mat (without feeling lost or overwhelmed).

Instructor: Jennifer Bozeman

Immerse yourself in a blissful journey of relaxation and rejuvenation with a mediation sound bath. Allow the soothing tones of crystal sound bowls and chimes wash over you, melting away stress and tension. No experience needed, just lie back, breathe and receive.

Dress is comfy clothes and bring a small pillow and blanket if you’d like. Whatever will keep you most comfortable while you are bathed in sound.
