CASEY McBRIDE

With nearly 25 years in the wellness industry, Casey McBride brings a wealth of experience and heart to every class she teaches. Her journey began in dance—as a performer, teacher, and choreographer—including time as a judge for the ESPN National Dance Team Championships and performances with companies across New York City.

A knee injury led Casey to yoga, where she discovered not only healing but a lifelong
passion. She began her yoga journey in 2001 at Be Yoga/Yogaworks in NYC, completing her 500-hour teacher training under Alan Finger. Since then, she has pursued ongoing
education, both as a student and a teacher trainer.

Casey’s classes focus on the union of physical precision and spiritual depth. Her vinyasa flows are intelligently sequenced, creative, and fun—designed to challenge students
while meeting them exactly where they are. Her personal experiences with injury, as well as raising four active teenage sons, have given her unique insight into the body and how
to support it through movement.

Casey is known for her down-to-earth presence, deep knowledge, and sense of humor—qualities that keep her classes both grounded and uplifting. Whether you’re new to yoga
or a seasoned practitioner, you’ll leave her class feeling stronger, more balanced, and inspired.
