In this powerful 90-minute class students will be led through the full Primary Series of Ashtanga yoga. This practice is structured to build heat, strength, and flexibility as we move through each posture with synchronized breath and mindful attention. Beginning with the foundational Sun Salutations, you’ll progress through standing postures, seated postures, backbends, and finishing sequences.
