Join master teacher, Ricky Tran, for a game-changing, well-rounded, simple yet challenging breath-based movement practice in a heated environment. This class is designed to guide you toward stillness — the space where real transformation and awakening happen.
Through intentional bending, twisting, strengthening, balancing, some inverting and deep breathing, we regulate the nervous system, quiet the mind, and skillfully work the body to a place of grounded exhaustion. From there, stillness emerges naturally.
