FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 13 | DEVOTION TO THE HEART | 6:00-7:30 PM

This valentine-infused class is a love letter to yourself. Friday the 13th is a day originally associated with the Divine Feminine, intuition, and embodied power. We’ll gather for a strong, slinky, heart-opening somatic flow designed to awaken your connection with love for yourself.

This is a beautiful practice for individuals and couples! The more love you awaken within yourself, the more love you’re able to give. Expect slow fluid transitions, deep hip and heart opening, and pranayama that invites you back into your body from a place of loving curiosity. 

This class is a remembrance that love begins as an internal frequency and a return to the feminine art of listening, feeling, and allowing. Come move, melt, and reconnect to your heart, your body, and the subtle power that lives within.

The Art of Restful Awareness: Our Yoga Nidra, or yogic sleep, is a deeply restorative practice that combines relaxation techniques and meditation. It is a state of conscious, deep relaxation that lies between wakefulness and sleep. Perfect for reducing stress, improving sleep, and enhancing overall well-being. Dress comfortably, bring a small pillow and blanket if you’d like, and prepare to find the joy of stillness and solitude on your mat. Yoga Nidra is a gift to yourself and you deserve to experience the magic.
