WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 3 | POP-UP: SILENT HOT 26 | 12:00-1:00 PM

Instructor: Jennifer Calderon

Join us for a unique and rejuvenating experience at our pop-up Silent Hot 26 yoga class!

Silent Hot 26 is recommended for students who have experience in the Hot 26 series (at least 5 classes).

This 60-minute session combines one set of traditional 26 postures of Bikram yoga with the tranquility of a silent practice. Held in a heated room to enhance flexibility and detoxification, participants will follow along by observing the teacher’s movements.

THIS CLASS WILL OFFER LITTLE TO NO INSTRUCTION.

This meditative class promotes mindfulness, strength, and an opportunity to connect deeper to your personal practice.

FRIDAY, DECEMBER 5 | POP-UP: YOGA NIDRA | 6:30-7:30 PM

Guest Instructor: Brooke Haddock

In a world of chronic exhaustion and overstimulation, Yoga Nidra is a method that is intended to induce full body relaxation, bringing about an incredible calmness, quietness, and clarity to the physical body and mind. Practitioners can expect to leave the practice feeling restored and rejuvenated.

What to bring to class (optional): yoga mat, comfortable clothing, sleep mask/eye pillow, small pillow, blanket.

SATURDAY, DECEMBER 6 | POP-UP: PRENATAL YOGA | 12:30-1:30 PM

Guest Instructor: Letty Campos

This nurturing class is designed specifically for expectant mothers seeking a calm, supportive space to move, breathe, and reconnect with their changing bodies. Through gentle, pregnancy-safe postures, deep stretching, mindful breathwork, and guided relaxation, you’ll release stress, ease tension, and build a sense of inner steadiness as your body grows and transforms.

Each practice encourages acceptance, self-compassion, and confidence during every stage of pregnancy. Whether you’re new to yoga or deepening your routine, this unheated prenatal class offers a soothing sanctuary to rest, restore, and prepare—physically and emotionally—for the journey ahead.

Heat Level: 80-85 degrees.

SUNDAY, DECEMBER 7 | FORMAT CHANGE

Instructor: Loren Hawks

We heard you and we’re making the change!

Beginning Sunday, December 7, the 8am Original 26&2 will change formats. Loren Hawks will be teaching an 8:00-9:00am FULL BODY HOT PILATES in that time slot. Just like the 90- minute Original 26&2 – it will be HOT, it will be challenging, and it will give you a whole-body workout that will leave you questioning your life choices. You’re gonna love it.

FRIDAY, DECEMBER 12 | POP-UP: HOLIDAY MIXER | 6:00-7:30 PM

Guest Instructor: Wendy Knapinski

This 90-minute Pop-Up class is similarly formatted to our Original 26 & 2 class. We stay rooted in the familiarity of the Hot 26 tradition with the first set of postures, then comes the twist as we add some flavor in the second set. We’ll mix variations of Hot 26 postures with poses you might find in other classes (like Power and Ashtanga) creating an interesting and fun Yoga Posture Party! The class will be formatted in the Hatha style, allowing more time in postures and no vinyasas or flows. You’ll be surprised how the original Hot 26 postures prepare the body and create a strong foundation for more balance, precision, and exploration in the other forms of yoga.

Stay and enjoy a sweet treat after class and celebrate the holiday season.

FRIDAY, DECEMBER 14 | WRUN CLUB | 8:00-9:00 AM

Join us monthly for HHY WRun Club! As we continue to grow together in this vibrant movement community, we’re introducing fresh and exciting ways to connect with both familiar faces and new ones! Come enjoy a scenic nature trail walk, jog, or run (crawling counts too-we don’t judge!).

This free event is open to everyone, whether you’re a seasoned runner or just in it for the fresh air and good vibes. It’s the perfect way to add a little cardio to your routine before Sunday morning classes like Melt & Mend, Ashtanga, and Hot 26. Whether you choose to walk a mile or run a 5k, the beautiful Caddo Trail has something for everyone – including kids and furry friends!
