Being new at something can consume a lot of energy and feel intimidating. Coming back to basics and can be humbling and informative. Both require a level of tenacity and bravery. Low and Slow Flow is exactly what each one of us needs, regardless of where we are in our yoga journey. In this low heat setting, we create focus on moving the body into postures that will allow you to gain a wider range of mobility and strength by flowing into longer holds and asanas. Since the focus isn’t temperature, emphasis on breath will allow you the freedom to adjust your internal thermometer, practice mindfulness, and learn what’s possible.
To grow stronger and faster, one must also learn to take holds and slow it down.
