Memberships:
- Annual memberships cannot be paused. If you travel frequently, consider purchasing our monthly autopay membership which can be canceled and restarted anytime.
- Monthly autopay memberships can be cancelled anytime, but no refunds will be given for days not used in current payment period.
- No refunds are given for any memberships and no prorations will be given. All sales are final.
Class Packs:
- The 10-class pack expires after 6 months. No extensions will be given for any circumstance.
- The 20-class pack expires after 1 year. No extensions will be given for any circumstance.
- Classes on a class pack cannot be transferred to another student. If you don’t use all the classes, you will lose them. There are no refunds on unused classes.
Late-Cancel and No-Show Fees:
- A $15 late cancel fee will automatically be charged to your card on file if you cancel your reservation with less than 4 hours notice.
- A $30 no-show fee will automatically be charged to your card on file if you don’t attend a class that you reserved a spot for.
- 10 and 20-class pack users will not be charged a fee, but you will lose the class.
- Single class drop-in students will not be charged a fee, but you will lose the class.
Mat & Towel Service:
- Yoga mats, mat towels, and bath towels are complimentary for Horizon Hot Yoga members only. If you are visiting Horizon through ClassPass®, there is a $5 rental fee. The rental fee includes a mat, mat towel, and shower towel.
- If you borrow our yoga mats, you MUST clean it with mat cleaner when you are done with it at the end of class. If staff notices that you aren’t cleaning your mat properly, you will be asked to bring your own mat going forward. Clean your mat as you would hope to find it when you arrive or bring your own, please.
Membership Discounts:
- We provide a 15% discount on our annual membership, monthly autopay, 10 and 20-class packs, and single class drop-in to the following individuals:- First responders, retired and active military and their spouses, ISD teachers, students, and active yoga instructors. Purchase in-studio when you show your ID.
 - Spouses can receive a 15% discount if the other spouse has an active annual membership or is enrolled in monthly autopay.
 
- We do not negotiate the price of our membership. The prices are the prices. If we have a promotion going on, take advantage of those discounts when they are available. When promotions are over, the promotional prices are no longer available under any circumstance.
- We do not offer discounts on membership promotions and/or our New Student Intro special, “travelers” deal, workshops or special events/classes.
Cell phones:
- We do not restrict members from taking cell phones in the studio. However, texting, talking on the phone, or playing games on your phone during class is not allowed. If you need to use your phone for any reason, please excuse yourself quietly from class. This is for respect of your fellow students and the instructor.
- Phones should not be out in the locker rooms and video recording and/or live streaming on your phone in the locker room is strictly prohibited and will result in termination of applicable memberships.
Late Arrivals:
- Students arriving more than 5 minutes late to class will be asked to reschedule for another time. This is for your safety and out of respect for the students and teacher in the classroom. Late-cancel fees will apply.
Lost & Found:
- We do have a lost & found so please ask staff if you have left something behind. We donate all items in our lost & found on the 15th of each month.
Leaving Early from Class:
- If you need to leave early from class, please let your teacher know ahead of time and be sure to set up close to the door. Gather your things and leave quietly. If you need to leave more than 5-10 minutes early, please pick another time to attend class.
Workshops & Special Events/Classes Refund Policy:
- If you cancel 48 hours or more in advance, you will be given a full refund. No refunds will be given with less than 48 hours notice.
