I am a Colorado native with Texas roots, and I have spent the last 20 years living in London and Connecticut. I moved back to Texas in 2021 with my husband (Tom), 4 children (Bear, Daisy, Luke & Harry), and 3 dogs (Sugar, Scout and Marley).
I have been practicing yoga since 1998 and have been teaching for over 10 years.
I like to focus on the spiritual and physical aspects of yoga, with an emphasis on mindful and intelligent vinyasa sequencing. People say I have a down-to-earth demeanor and a sense of humor that enables my students to invigorate both the physical and subtle bodies, and ignite a true passion from within.
I enjoy teaching a lively class and I believe that yoga is both a ‘work-out’ and a ‘work-in” where the effort you put forward on the mat transforms both body and mind. I incorporate breath, alignment, and mental focus and I tailor my classes for all levels. I am also a music lover and I enjoy sharing and incorporating my eclectic playlists in my classes.
