As a child, I was always active in sports; swimming, track, soccer, so the physical high was all too familiar for me. Early adulthood I became somewhat of a health nut and even more so as a wife and mother, focusing on a healthy environment/lifestyle for my family and me.
Mother’s Day of 2018, my daughter gifted me one yoga session and that was all she wrote. I never looked back. I fell in love with the physical practice and when the opportunity arose, I decided to get my YTT 200. After receiving my certification, I ventured into different styles of yoga and began to really appreciate more of what the practice had to offer beyond the physical part, truly embracing yoga on a different level.
How lucky am I to be a yoga student for life, and to share what I learn with my family and fellow yogis on and off the mat!
