Kundalini Meditation for Intuition and Communication

Have a mat and meditation cushion or folded up blanket to sit on.

Kundalini Intuition series with Megan Poakeart
Wednesdays 7 – 8:30 PM, June 10th – July 1st via Zoom (4 workshops)
$20 per workshop, $60 for all four.
Intuition allows us to know things without conscious thought. It’s that still, calm voice from within that can perceive things clearly and see the truth. More than ever, tapping into our intuitive abilities is so important, as we are living in an age of information overload. It’s hard sometimes to decipher fact from fiction and know what’s right for us, which is why we need to re-discover our connection with the truth within, our intuition.
In this four week series, we will be using Kundalini Yoga techniques to tap into these rich inner resources. During each class, we will practice a different Kriya (set of postures) and meditation designed specifically to cultivate and enhance intuitive abilities.
Each workshop can stand alone or you can join us for the entire series. After each class, I will email you a recap of what we covered as well as full instructions for the sets and meditations we practice so that you can continue to enhance your intuition with an at-home practice.
You will need a mat, a folded up blanket or firm pillow to sit on for meditation (it’s good to be able to have your hips elevated a few inches so that you can sit comfortably for the duration of the meditation portion), and having something to cover your eyes with during savasana is always nice too.
