Practicing meditation daily offers numerous life-changing benefits: greater control over reactivity and anxiety, improved sleep, and greater brain capacity, to name a few. Meditation 101 will teach you all you need to create an at-home meditation practice. This class focuses on the practical tools – the “how-to” of meditation.
You will also receive some guidelines on how to make meditation a daily habit, as well as how to set a personal intention for your practice.
Horizon is proud to offer this workshop taught by one of our most beloved teachers, Megan Poakeart. She is a yoga instructor and meditation coach. She has a passion for making yoga and meditation approachable and welcoming to everyone who enters her class.
