Physical fitness has changed the course of my adult life. The enlightenment was so profound, that in 2012 I left my job in the Veterinary Medicine industry to pursue a career as a certified fitness instructor. I began teaching corporate fitness classes and personal training. In 2015, a friend encouraged me to try yoga, and I was hooked! As my personal practice deepens, I recognize how important it is for the body to have a variety of physical challenges. Wanting to share the joy of yoga with my clients, I received my 200hr YTT in early 2017. I have been challenging my clients’ bodies and helping to strengthen the mind/body connection ever since. Yoga is teaching me to enjoy this journey and to trust in myself. My desire is to help others find empowerment through physical accomplishment, and yoga is a wonderful tool. It is truly empowering to have a capable body and a strong mind to guide it. Come to your mat, breathe; and you will discover and grow.
