I teach yoga sculpt flow and power vinyasa yoga. I started practicing yoga in 2015 and started teaching in 2019. A regular yoga practice changes people from the inside out by bringing together the mind, body, and spirit in a way that creates balance in and out of the studio. I truly enjoy helping people see the benefits of a consistent and mindful practice of yoga. I strive to empower students to discover their strength and carry that strength with them on and off the mat.
